Our Approach to Transformation: B. E. S. T.

1 The Business of Transformation

The strategic and operational aspects of transforming an enterprise: identifying the need for transformation, setting goals and objectives, developing a roadmap, and implementing and measuring the transformation process is where most transformation education starts and ends. SEET is different.

We address the business of transformation so teams learn to manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure transformation initiative success. But we don’t stop there.

Cherry Blossoms

“Working as a team to address transformation made all the difference.”

2 The Engineering of Transformation

The technical aspects of transformation:  designing, implementing, and understanding technical solutions that enable transformation, such as developing new software systems, integrating existing systems, or implementing new hardware solutions must be examined for readiness and maturity so that enterprises can effectively prioritize.

The engineering of transformation requires a deeper understanding of technical systems and how they can be used to achieve business goals.

Cherry Blossoms

“Eye-opening to make sure we were ready technically for the changes to come.”

3 The Science of Transformation

The psychological, behavioral, and cultural aspects of transformation: how people react to change, identifying the factors that drive or hinder transformation, and developing strategies to overcome resistance and embrace acceptance must be established across the enterprise.

The science of transformation focuses on creating a culture of continuous improvement and developing the skills and capabilities of workers to support the transformation process.

Cherry Blossoms

“We never thought to turn to science or engineering leaders to learn how to transform our business.”
